AwakeDesk is built by CodeAlpha, LLC in East Texas, and the first businesses are being onboarded by hand. Your receptionist isn't a signup form — it's built with you: your services, your prices, your people, your way of talking to customers.

How AwakeDesk uses Google Calendar. Connecting Google Calendar is optional, and you grant exactly two permissions. AwakeDesk reads your busy and free times so the receptionist only offers slots you genuinely have, and it creates, moves, and cancels the appointments your callers ask for. That is the whole of it.

We do not request the full calendar permission, which would also allow deleting entire calendars, and your calendar data is never sold, never used for advertising, and never used to train models. You can disconnect from your dashboard at any time. The privacy policy spells this out in full.
